The TruckLOG forklift truck fleet management system has a Shock Sensor Module to help you to stay in control of your forklift fleet’s shock and damage costs.

The Shock Sensor Module forms an integral part of TK5 and as an optional system is an easy, simple to use reporting system to help you reduce your fleet and stock damage costs.

Shock thresholds can be adjusted per vehicle and can be modified remotely within the 3-axis shock module to enable you to monitor and record exactly what’s happening to your vehicles and ensure improved driver accountability.

Incidents are logged by driver, time and location to enable warehouse stock and shelving safety hazards caused by impacts to be addressed efficiently. Being able to identify who, what, where and when damage is occurring, you are then able to introduce the necessary actions to reduce this cost, whether this is driver training, repairing floors or improving driver routes.

The TruckLOG forklift truck fleet management system Shock Sensor Module offers huge reductions in downtime and can help make damage–related cost savings of up to 60% possible. There are additional options available with this system including the activation of visual or audible alarms, creep speed control and lock-out when the vehicle is involved in an impact. Shock alarms can only be cancelled by staff authorised to carry a RESET Smart Card and alerting via email or messaging can also be enabled.
